Once a path is identified, we create personalized learning paths. We connect users to funding guidance, possible scholarships, and a digital Skills Wallet to track their credentials as they grow. Eligibility and funding decisions are made by the applicable workforce agency.
3. Deploy
We match candidates to employers based on proven skills. Using AI-simulated interviews and role-based success factor scoring, we help "hidden" candidates present clear skill evidence so hiring conversations start from capability.
